I purchased a pair of J K tyres from Chander Tyres, Ulhasnagar. Ph. No. 2708392 for my Maruti 800. I also got my wheels aligned from the same outlet. I even got alignment service done after a month of which I Have the recipts. Therafter the tyres worned out completly after a week of the alignment service. I immediately reported this to the dealer i.e. Chander tyres. He did not entertain me and concluded that it was an allignment fault which re[censored]ed in the wear and tear of the tyres, even though the allignmnets were done at his outlet. I had to ask for any of the representatives no from him and he directed me Mr Bhushan's No. [protected] ( J K emp). Thereafter i was given a run around and my complaints were ignored till i started demanding superiors nos and eventually i ended up with the mumbai territorry managers no. Mr Imran Gauri [protected]. in between i spoke to and was following all the representatives Mr junaid, Mr kapadia, Mr Pathak, Mr Rajendra Teli and the continued directing to many other people.Thereafter on 22 nd Mr Rajendra Telli visited and concluded that it is an allignment fault and the dealer is responsible. After doing all these things i opted for this resort. Please hepl me and guide me with the following. Would be highly obliged i[censored] favour so.

J K Tyres — irresponsible & false commitments
I have a car Swift. J K Tyre people commit us that if we get any problem within 3 years we will replace and do the needful. My car no. is GJ-1 HQ-4795. we just completed 1 and half year. Now they people saying we can't help it out. that none of our business. help me asap.
