I have started the follow up on 02feb which didnt competed till 26th Feb even after submitting all the necessary documents at Sec-22 , NOIDA for Bharat Gas at their office , the care taker of the agency beated me when i approached on 27th morning that why it is taking time, he said he lost my application form and he i need to submit it again this has led me to raise my voice against them but he beated me and dragged me till the road infront of customers and the entire market. The Manager was there and even he also supported him.
Kindly look into the issue because neither the police nor the mails to them gave in any solutions to the above issue. I had spend Rs 300 in getting the documents and made 6 visits in 26 days to that agency wala for getting the new connection Was this information helpful? |
