[Resolved]  Jai Harsh Bahuguna Gas Agency — Booking of LPG Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir,

My name is Naveen Mehta, Having one connection with Bharat Gas : My Consumer No. is 37530. ( Agency is Jai Harsh Bahuguna ,Sec-22,Noida)

My complain is regarding the booking of LPG Gas. The people over Jai Harsh Bahuguna Agency were not picking the phone for booking of LPG Gas Cylinder. and If you booked by counter then they not sent the cylinder on time.

Each and every time I need to call their no. for whole day. but they people used the abusive language( if they pick ) and cut the phone.


Some times they told me ,you have already booked twice in a single month, How is it possble that I can use a LPG cyliner in a month and finshed the same in a month period.


Request you to help me out with this troble.
