[Resolved]  Jai Maa Bhawani Furniture, Golmuri, Jamshedpur — Inferior quality of Bed

Address: East Singhbhum, Jharkhand

1) Double Bed was ordered to M/s Jai Maa Bhawani Furniture, 38 New Development Area, Golmuri, Jamshedpur – 831 003 – M -[protected] / [protected] (Money Receipt attached).

2) The party charged Rs 17000/- for the above bed and promised to make the bed with Pyne Wood board and as per our specification.

3) After the delivery the following discrepancies were noticed and immediately brought to the notice of the party :

- the material (board) used was of inferior quality not as per the specification.
- two wooden supports which was agreed was not provided.
- Polishing was of sub standard quality.

Complain

It is almost over 5 months I am continuously following it up with the party (went to the shop more than 20 times, reminded him over telephone ) to get the rectification done but till date the party has not turned up, inspite of my repeated follow up and paying the full and final amount due to the party. There is also noise in the bed whenever we turn around. Please look into it.
