[Resolved]  Jai Mata Promoters Private Limited — Builder Refused to return back my token amount as the property is genuine.

Dear Concern,

I am a very small employee in Pvt Bank & the only earning member in my family. I booked a builder flat in Rs.3240000/- address Flat No.-SF-2 (HIG), Plot No.-338, Niti Khand-1, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad-U.P. on 28th of Nov, 2010.

I gave him the token amount of Rs.10000/- at the time of booking & in return the builder has made an agreement on Rs.10/- stamp paper with the schedule of 45 days to pay the rest of the amount. On 30th Nov. we have to pay the 10% i.e Rs.324000/- but before paying this amount I asked the builder to provide me the crossed photo copy of the property documents, so that I can confirm whether I can get the loan or not on the same property and Builder refused to provide me the papers. After few days I was ready to pay him the 10% amount, even then he refused to give the photo copy. Then I wanted to cancelled the deal but he denied to return back my token amount of Rs.10000/-.
I just wanted to confirm is this my fault that I asked him about the papers? I am cheated of my money. Please suggest me How I can get back my money or what I can do in such situation.
