[Resolved]  Jai Sairam Associates — Insurance

I would like to bring to your notice that I have paid Rs.6, 000 to Jai Sairam Associates on Feb 2014
Till date I have not received the insurance certificate nor the bond for the GMB, its more than 6 months now.

Its highly unethical and it is not Fair on your part to dilly dally your clients. It has put us in second thought that we have been cheated by Jai Sairam Associates as well as by Reliance

Have paid Rs.6000 for Reliance Insurance on Feb 2014. They said that I will get the relevant proof of insurance copies within ten days but Till now I have not received any document nor any calls from them regarding the document.

I have been keep on calling your representatives but no response. It’s a mental agony for me hence I would kindly request you to please take necessary Action against this and send me the document to the address .
Else please give us a call so that I can come in person and collect the same.

I would expect a prompt response for this mail, failing which that leads to take this legally with the respective companies.

I just got a call from the same group Jai sriram associates insurance: saying my mobile number has been selected from the list of all chennai mobile numbers nd they are ought to present me times of india insurance worth Rs 100000 for free. And the caller wasn't able to give me any clarifications for my questions. Sounded very much fake..

I too got a call from this same group Jai Sairam Associates saying my mobile number has been selected from the list of all Chennai mobile numbers nd they are ought to present me times of india insurance worth Rs 100000 for free. I have been asked to come to the following address with Address proof in original and xerox and also with family to attend an one hour session.

When i asked several questions like (1) Why you selected me for this insurance? (2) How will you give free insurance? (3) What is the business motive behind it? (4) WIthout business interest non one will give anything free. How come you give it free to the people?

Received SMS in my mobile with this address. I was asked to come to this address

Jai Sai Ram Associates, Dr.KSV Towers, Door No.144, Iyyapa Nagar, Chinmaya Nagar, Virugambakkam Main Road, Chennai - 92. (Land mark opposite to icici bank).

When i checked the internet about this Jai Sai Ram Associate theni came to understood it as fraud.

I read your comments on Jai Sairam Associates and their fraudulent activities. I too received a call from them about 1 lac free insurance policy. How did you figure out they are fraud? It seems they have given advertisement to recruit freshers (BCA/BE/MBA etc) and spoiling their life too and they should be punished for their activities.

Just got a similar call! The female "representative" of the "company" claimed it was a start-up, and that they had to give out 20 free policies as per Government regulations for startups! No Times Of India nonsense was tried with me! Her knowledge of English was next to zero; and she didn't even try to respond to any of my questions in English! I'm new to Chennai, though this is my native place, so my number is new; don't possibly know how any "company" could have got it! She told me that it was a couple insurance policy, with no need for any payment whatsoever for a lifetime Rs. 1 lakh insurance policy, and asked me to reach their office at Poonamalle, by 12 noon, the next day(8th August 2014); and assured me they would complete all the formalities in 1 hour! It's obviously a scam as the stories above do not corroborate with mine! Cell number I received the call from: [protected]! Called the number back after typing this much and asked the woman who picked up when the company had started; to check if they would give me a date before March 25th(when the first comment was posted) or not! She claimed that the company had started 2 years ago and that a new Branch had been recently opened at Poonamalle! She repeated the Government order again, I said ok, and hung up! Hope this detailed review is useful to someone; and I'm grateful to all the people who commented before me, for making the effort of sharing their experience!

I received a call last year, and this FRAUD JAI SAIRAM ASSOCIATES COMPANY made me to come with my husband to receive the so-called Free Insurance(ITS a FAKE). I went there, they told me if you can take us a policy with RELIGARE, we will arrange a personal loan amount. I asked them that how come you can give a loan without any surety? They told that Since you have a own house, we can give this and moreover we can refer to the bank as if you have a capacity to take a policy of higher amount, you can repay the loan amount too.

I myself cross checked with RELIGARE, whether this company is working for them. They confirmed yes.Then myself and my husband paid an amount of Rs.62000 in Chromepet branch which they said eligible for 5 lakhs loan.The BIGGEST BLUNDER I HAVE MADE! Later on after 3 months I called them and asked them about the loan, they began to drag the issue. One of the person in charge called YUVRAJ told that they are from CONGRESS PARTY. During the election time we cant take funds out as there are rules from ELECTION COMMISSION.Then we got realised and we all together went to CM CELL for complaint.

Around 50 o[censored]s only from Chromepet branch went to CM Cell. They told to give the complaint to Tambaram Commissioner Office.Then he told us to go to Chromepet police station. We all went to the station and gave the complaint. Still now, there has been no Proper action from them.. One shocking news is that Still this cheats are making calls to people telling them that they have been selected for free policy. This cheat company is functioning all over chennai- Chrompet, virugambakkam, Avadi, ashok pillar, medavakkam and more...I dont know why POLICE is not taking proper action against them and how can they allow this kind of fraudulent company to run inspite of people still complaining about them...

If any body took any action like submit a complaint to City Police Commissioner Office?
What is the result?

We too trapped by this guys of Kodambakkam, in Sep 2014, , we paid 30 thousand to these guys.../hi James Arul raj and gopinath...I too wish to move legally...

I feel we should [ublish this in tamil newspapers... So that atleast others would be saved and they will close the fraudulent actitivites and start earning by hard work..

JAI SAI RAM ASSOCIATES IS A CHEAT, NEVER PAY ANY MONEY OR GET CHEATED BY THE MOBILE CALLS. DO NOT ENTERTAIN MOBILE CALLS LIKE THIS.

Its fake yesterday called 50000 I don't give the money

Personal loan. But still I'm not getting loan I tried through phone no

We also got insurance policy thro' Jai Sai Ram Associates in the month of Dec'14 and ofcourse we received the policy documents from Aegon Religare and receipt for the amount paid towards life insurance.
However, we paid the amount on trust that they will arrange back the loan on the said policy after 6 months and when we called the persons with whom we interacted at the time of getting policy, are seems to be incorrect numbers or they brilliantly cheated with the facility of loan back to us.

When we contacted the Aegon Religare, they conveyed us back that they will not offer any loan on such policy and when we enquired about the surrender of policy, they said 90% of premium paid will be charged as surrender charges, i got shocked.

Now, i didn't know what to do for the same.
