[Resolved]  jain solar — not working properly

Dear Sir,
We have purchased Jain Solar water heating system for our home in Oct.2011, however immediately after installation the system was not working to our satisfaction. We called their service/sales people to check. since we have another solar water heater system in our house, we could compare the warmness of water between the two systems. there was a lot of difference between the temprature. however the dealer people M/s Poonam Electronics people send their person three times at various hours to check the system, the person also agreed that there is some problem with the system, he agreed to call the engineer, now two months have passed and not a single person came to check it,
today we again complained, so the same person who had come earlier came and again said that he shall call the engineer to see the problem...
in my opinion they are wasting time so that the warranty expires.
please do the needful.
