my consumer number is 97 i try bbefore 15 days but number still busy tap is always open (number is busy pl try after some time) if phone ringing no body is pick the phone. morning 10 am to 1.00 pm tap is open 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm phone is rining but not responding after 2.00 to 5.00 pm tap is running. I am also facing this problem last 1.5 years. for example I had booked a refill on 18.12.10 & again booked on 03.01.11 but still I did not receive any cylinger.
I want to change the agency but I don't know how to change.
