Jawahar Vidyalaya — issue of application forms

The institution actually announced to issue the registration forms for Pre K.G. today morning (01.12.11) after 9'o clock only. The notice board also kept after 9 only. But somebody got the information about this and stand for the from 5'o clock itself. The persons who dropped their child to school saw the board and told the information to their friends and neighbors. The timing of issuing is from 10 to 12 a.m. only. The persons who came before 10 itself not able to register. If we asked the administration they said that they had 4 more days to register and they are not ready to loose their condition. So many people waited with their child also. Somebody told leave to office in emergency. After a long argument they got the list of people who waited there. Tomorrow also this will happen again. In so many schools this is happening in every admission time. So educational department should regularize the issue of application for this schools. Strictly band the queue form the night time. After 9 only the queue will be started and have to extend the timings of issue of forms. Otherwise issue of applications should be on week ends. Other wise some institutions are following online registration. Ask to follow that. Some people have no facility to register through online. For that people they can arrange some more facility in the institution itself. So the crowd will be minimized. So regularization must me there. Every admission time this is happening in every schools. So educational department should take care of this problem and try to rectify it.
