Regarding the matter peding in JDA, I had intimated u earlier that I have a Plot No- 44, in Shrinath nagar, Chak Gatore, Sanganer, Jaipur. As I is a JDA Approved Land and I have JDA Patta issued by JDA on 05.03.2002 and Lease Deed was deposited by me against this aforesaid land in JDA.
The matter is the the Kasthkaar is saying that he had taken Court Stay against the land, but on other side JDA is commiteeing that there is No Court Stay in this matter
Now I want to start construction work on tthe aforesaid land but the situation is not yet clear thet there is any Legal Calimities or Obstacles in the matter. So, Pls. refer to the matter where Srinath nagar is in the List of JDA approved Colonies in Zone 9 on S.No. 12 and Pkease guide us how could I follow legally for the aforesaid work

my residential plot is situated at Laxman Colony, Shyam Nagar, New Sanganer Road, Jaipur. I have applied twicely at JDA for Lease Deed but denied by JDA stating reason therein that permission has not been given by Govt. for execution of lease deed. Pl. inform that when permission will be granted by Govt. for Lease deed, so that we can construct house.
I have a plot on the Jaipur-Ajmer expressway in a city proposed by Ranka Colonizer's Pvt. Ltd.- "SACHIVALYA ENCLAVE", it is next to OMAXE CITY & VATIKA CITY on the Ajmer Road. Recently received a lettr from the developer for the final payment and taking the possesion. I was told that this land was first approved by the collector of that area and now JDA also covers it. For the confirmation and being legaly sound and to be on the safer side, which documents availability by the developer to me will make my investment safe.Which all documents should i ask for ? ? like registery, any document as aproof of being JDA approved ? ? ?

I am a Military Retired Personnel, Ex. Subedar Major Ram Rattan Bairwa residing presently at Plot No. 43, Jagdamba Colony, Agra Road, Jaipur and I had purchased a land from Hari Nagar Grah Nirman Sahakari samiti in 1998 from Ajmera Properties, Tonk Phatak, jaipur and meanwhile on 05.03.2002, the land no. 44 in Srinath Nagar, Chak Gatore was approved by JDA Regulisation Camp. Thus, I have JDA Patta for the abovementioned Plot.
Sir, now I want to start construction work on the same, but someone saying himself to be land owner of Chak Gatore, creating obstacles in construction. As the land size is 200 sq. yard i.e. 30'X60'=200 Sq. Yard, on JDA Patta issued by JDA it is mentioned that there is no need to apply for the Permission for Construction.
Under the Act of Right of Information, I had applied for the information of the Land i.e. Plot No. 44, Srinath Nagar, Chak Gatore. Someone is saying that the Land Owner (Kasthakar) has taken Court Stay against JDA, Colonizer and his Brother for his Share on the Land. On JDA Site, the Colony was shown in list of JDA approved Colonies on S.No. 12, Zone 9, where 19 JDA Pattas were issued to the allotees and remaining were not issued due to opposition of the 160 Feet Road in front of the Colony.
So, Please let me know the the actual situation of my land as soon as possible. As it is also not intimated us regarding the court stay from JDA or and other Authorities. Pls. revert back me as soon as possible.

sir i have a plot at sachivalaya enclave, bad ke balaji, ajmer road jaipur developed by ranka colonizers ltd. jda camp for my plot of this colony is going to be organised on 30.10.2010 colonizer is demanding rs 725 per sq yards for jda patta. while enquiring from jda officials they stated that only rs 350 per sq yards is need to be deposited for jda patta. colonizer is demanding the extra money for internal development but as per initial agreement internal development charges are included in the cost of land.
As per colonizer I have to deposit rs 725 per sq yards otherwise he will not send my name in the jda list and i cannot get jda patta
please help me to solve me this problem and take action agaist the colonizer

Land Complaint — Land Patta
Dear Sir,We bought a land before 20 years in Nemeli. Recently we have applied for patta for the land. Therefore we require the valuer to mark the land and get the patta for it. It has been one year since it was applied. So far, no one contacts and the reply we are getting is the work will be done next week or next month. Currently we are in a stage thereby not knowing the exact status of our land. Can you kindly help to liaise with the Sriperambattur Patta office and resolve the issue at the earliest.
