[Resolved]  JIVRAJANI TVS — bad service no knowledge of how to response customers

Sir,

I have scooty pep+ bought by jivrajani tvs your authorized dealer in Rajkot last deewali.

Now it’s been 1 year but I have some problem in my vehicle which I have complaint to the service center manager at my first service. The issue is about quite lesser of mileage and battery related problems. They are not taking it serious and the issue is same remain as it was. Hence I withdraw my free services as I was not satisfied.

service station in charge is still talking rudely with the customers.

somebody said me to contact here (and TVS company itself) and explain all the details. So I request you to please do needful for the vehicle and do it work proper by doing whatsoever and let me assure that the TVS vehicle which I have selected to buy is always the perfect two wheeler of India.

So I am hoping for proper and fast response.

If any one facing same problem by any dealer of TVS, please contact their senior customer care executives of company, they are taking all matter seriously and giving proper response too. they are able to give the result faster. I felt same good reply by them after giving my complaint. try it, , ,
