It is with my service related complaint, Already I booked my sale related issue under discount offer it was Rs. 10000/- upto[protected] I Booked my vehicle and I offered 5000/- only. I forget it.
Now again i suffer service related problem from same dealer since last service on[protected]. After servicing my car stopped to start on the way to my home. It was disgusting to see I never feel such problem within two years except clutch settings since I purchase the vehicle on 27 Jan 2010 from J&K Vehicleades Pvt Ltd Udhampur. I inform the workshop what happened with my car after servicing then they ask me to come tomorrow morning along with vehicle. I started with fully charged battery and visit workshop they ask me that battery connectors are loose.You will drive comfortably. Again same thing happens after some days at 9:00 PM I rang the wksp manager. He ask I will come to lift you. Next day mechanic will collect vehicle from that area. But I didn't agree because I was in non residential area so I didn't take risk and I ask some known person to come with charged battery so my vehicle will run to start. Same complaint was booked with the workshop again. After then there was two more episodes with my car.They checked my vehicle after an electrician came four days leave and my long waiting call. He diagnose that an alternate fault is there when I ask him my car is under extended warranty store refuses there is no spare part so you have to wait 10 days more. Since 31 dec 2011 I suffered. WHAT IS EXTENDED WARRANTY? WHAT IS ON ROAD SERVICE? WHAT IS MARUTI SERVICE? I think more than seconds in a day.
This is a mental torture to customers of Maruti Suzuki.
