i have bought shares of lt 12qty, 4 days back,,,, shares has credited to my demat account ,,, on 28.10.09 i have sold shares ,,,,,,but on same day that jrg head office people boght same share and qty back with out intimating us,,,on the same day i have sold the share and bought other shares against lt sold amount..,, evry day evening they are sending our ledger balalnce to my mobile,,,, in that sms shares has pending you have to pay debit,,, on next 29.10.09 i asked the concern dealer ,,, he told me your shares are bought back from head office
so i have sold shares lt at 1589 only ... they have bought back shares at 1598,,,, who will bear the loss and who will resposiable for that pending lt shares
