[Resolved]  Just Salwars - Velachery - Chennai — Churidar material gone waste even before wearing

I bought one churidar material from "Just Salwar" shop at Veclachei, Chennai. It cost me Rs. 850/-. The lady shop keeper promised that the gold circles in the churidar will not fade. Only case it can fade is machine wash. But the gold color gone at the time of stiching the churidar itself. "All gold circles become green!!". So I cantacted the shop owner to replace the damaged material. His response was so blatent. He is telling "No guarantee" statement is there in the bill. He said, he will not replace even if it is a damaged material also. I am planning to approch consumer court. So please careful while taking dress materials from this shop. I felt like cheated. When I was speaking to people, I heard the same complaint regarding this shop. Also please let me know where is the consumer court near to Velachery and how to approach.
