Negligence in Robbery case
I own a NOKIA CARE showroom at evening bazzar,park town chennai.There was a theft happened at our business premises on 31/10/2009, we had filed an F.I.R on 1/11/09 with the park town police station evening bazzar. The concerned Police Inspector and the Commissioner of the PARRYS police station have not been able to track the case which involved a theft of 300 mobile phones. Its been more then %months and still the case is not closed. They have not been able to catch the robbers even after 5months of the incident occured.Whenever we have approached the poilice station we get only 1 reply from them sayin we are investigating the case whereas we have all the IMEIs number of the handset stolen, The police personnel if take this case seriously then they can easily catch the lost handset as they have all the IMEI numbers which can easily be traced thru Mobile Service Providers.We have met the Commisioner,Deputy Commisioner,INspector Etc but still no reply from them. The theft had made a loss of RS15lakhs Till date and we are still solving the issues as the Mobiles where of all the GENERAL PUBLIC who gives their handset for SERVICE at our business premises. I sincerely pray to god to catch those who are culprits and make the police personnel be SERIOUS. Complaint Number
