K H T Motors — Poor servicing

Dear Sir,
I own a Tata Safari Dicor 2007 model.
I had a complaint in my car where the vehicle would not start. I had given the vehicle for service at KHT Motors, Whitefield. In spite of leaving the vehicle at the workshop on several occasions and in spite of spending close to 15000 rupees the problem still persists.

I have given the vehicle again last Thursday and I am yet to get back my vehicle (today being aTuesday).

Each time the service center says something or the other and the vehicle is yet to be delivered back to me.

I find myself quite helpless here and therefore have no option but to escalate this matter.

I am still not sure if this complaint would be looked at this is my only hope.

My experience with after sales services with Tata has been very bad.

I would request you to look into the same and tale necessary actions accordingly.

I agree with you Mr.Acharya. Today I went to get a new car in KHT Motors, Indiranagar, and I must say, they have a very un-customer friendly way of dealing with things. There is this very rude and loud mouth talking Manager Mr.Rajesh Diwan (supposed to be the Branch Head) throwing all technical jargon and acting too smart (just because he's studied law it seems). For a first timer who had gone there to purchase a car, I was stunned to see his way of talking to a customer. Doesn't he realize that that his salary comes from customer like us who pay from our hard earned money to buy their products and then get this type of responses?! Shame to them. Isn't making the customer feel important in every transaction? Isn't there a moral obligation there, not just a financial one? Someday he will learn from his karma. What goes around comes around. When God judges us, all law and rules are set aside, only the humanity is there for judgement.
Well to make a long story short, I personally tore up all the documents given and took back all mine (who knows for what sinister purpose they may be using these if in their hands?!) and walked out from the showroom and have decided never to buy anything from there ever again. I have been to many dealers in my search for a car, but no one has made a customer feel like a piece of garbage, that too at the initial point of sale itself. I wonder how they deal with customers once they have bought the product?!! God save us! Your case seems to have highlighted this in it's true essence. Thank you sir for your review!
