A party MIKOSYS booked a 3-PB poly bundle from chennai - Madurai on 10thSeptember to me. The net total charges they collected from us Rs.800/- for to pay delivery.another 2-PB poly bundle from chennai - Madurai booked on 3rd September. For that they collected Rs.300/- as pay delivery charge. But 10 days before on 31st August we received 5-PB poly bundle parcel from the same place for Rs. 600/- only. and on 3rd September we received 2-PB poly bundle from the same place for Rs. 200/-. They are not giving any response for the complaint. In madurai delivery office employees saying that contact chennai-koyambedu office. In chennai the phone is ringing. But no response for the phone call. How should i claim the difference amount. They took nearly 50% extra charges for the parcels got in the 3rd & 4th time.
