Sir, I have already lodged my complaint regarding my problems about not updated my k7 antivirus software in my desktop computer through mobile in uninor sim. One of your customer care also assured me that he will send update through e-mail. It is regreet to inform you that no e-mail has been received sofar. as such it become difficulty in updating my k7 antiivirus software. It is once again requested to take firm action for updating my software at the earliest I shall be highly grateful for this act of kindness Thanking you R.
