K790i — initial keypad problem then converted to other

this is chandra sekhar from Andhara pradesh India . i had given my mobile in your authorised service center at Vijayawada service center name ( SREE LAKSHMI GANAPATHI COMMUNICATIONS, VIJAYAWADA ). INTIAL IAM HAVING KEY PAD PROBLEM i had given my set in your service center and got my mobile back on 14/06/2008. then with in 2 weeks again same problem occured iam not able to dicard my incoming and outgoing call after the service . for that service thay have charged 450/- by asking 600/- how come they reduce the service charges if thet are genuine . again had given my mobile on 30/07/2008 now thay are saying it will not work mother board issue .. becos of the inefficieny of the the service center people my mobile is not working . stillnow my mobile is with them iam not getting the solution and not getting the proper response from them . let me know the solution for my problwem .

I m a Bangalorean purchased phone in september, it gets hanged very often, few keys dont work esp Joystick .i have serviced it twice- first time in Malleshwaram-Numeric Communications and for second time Sony Ericsson Service center Rajkumar road, Rajajinagar I m Facing the Same problem again .Is There any other Option I can go for???????

I have locked my phone by using a number( for sim protection), and unfotunately i forget the password.Now the sim has changed and i can not open the phone that is in loced condition and asking the password.Please give me a solution.

K790i — CAMERA PROBLEM IN WARRANTY

Hi,
This is to bring in to your kind notice that i am very much fed up of the services being provided by sony ericson service provider.
I was facing problem with the camera and charging problem in my cell and i approached one service centre in Borivali west, Mumbai, in order to get it rectified.
Kindly note that i gave my cell phone on 23rd of june 2009 to the service provider, but till date my cell phone has not been yet repaired by them.i have almost visited more than 15 times to their shop but everytime they come up with some or the other reason.As my cell phone is under warranty so they promised me that sony ericson will provide me new cell phone in place of the old cell phone but they didn't turn up and still i am still visting their shop again and again.they promised me to give new sony ericson phone- C501.
As on date when i visited the shop, they handed me my old cell phone to me but again in vain i have to say that it was not repaired and on top of that i doubt they have done some other changes in my cell phone, as the back cover of the cell phone was damaged.Kindly register my complaint and i want the reason from sony ericson that if your service provider are not able to serve the customer in a good way then what is the use of opening such kind of service centres. Sony Ericson should appreciate my patience, since it has been more than 5 months and give me the compensation for the same as a person without cell phone is same as a person without eyes.
Can you just imagine how much i have suffered these days without my cell phone?
I invested another 2000 bucks to buy an ordinary cell phone to do regular calls as i was under the impression that i will get my cell phone back with in another 10 or 15 odd days but this is not serving the purpose as my business demands a cell phone which i had.
If this will remain happening then i am sorry to say that you are forcing me to approach the consumer court.I need proper justification, if you can provide, and compensation for the same.

Hopefully you will wake up very soon and resolve my problem.

K790i — Battery Charge loss

Sir,
My brother had a Sony Ericsson K790i mobile and it had a complaint to loss charge immediately on everyday and the mobile shown to subdealer shop. They told that the internal board has the complaint and have to replace they told that mobile is production is stopped and for replacing it it will cost 70% cost of mobile. They told us the complaint is on "charging IC" it can't be replaced and have to change the board. We asked in sonyericsson mobile dealer shop in Kerala and they told us to show the mobile and if the mobile has small problem they will correct it and I had given the mobile to the shop. They told us they will inform us about it. After some days we asked about the mobile in that shop. They told that they can't repair it and we took the mobile and tried to switch on the mobile it is not working and I tried to charge the mobile it is showing a short circuit in chrging. After that I have given it to other private shop they told us the mobile is totally repaired and board is totally complaint now. What to do. I don't know.
