[Resolved]  Kala zone — fraud of kala zone

i have ordered the product from kala zone www.kalazone.in ( direct mills to customer ),As relying on the sight i orders the three products which is in condition to order the product of a maximum of 2,000 and above ,so i selected three products and it is on 27/01/2011 wide order no #7305 amount of rs 2,596 which is cash on delivery

after 10 days i got parcel at our nearest post so i brought the same by paying 2. 300 rs which is not as per the online shopping account but still i brought the parcel and opens it , i was shoked that the product was not as per my demand and only two product in the parcel among which one saree is as per the photo shown in the picture and one is totally separate and torn in condition

so i called on phone number of the company they dint reply well and do sent apologizes by the mistake done by them and replying to return the saree i asked who will borrow the postage charges
they replied that coutomer has to borrow the postage if he doest like the product, in my case the product was totally fake so and it is the policy of company to parcel one good product with one damaged product
