I purchased an anarkali from Kala niketan, Forum mall, Vadapalani. We bought it for a function but when we reversed the product, we found that it was made of a very cheap quality lining material and it was already torn. It was priced above 4000 rupees but the material was not worth even 200 bucks! When we went to exchange it in their showroom they said since it was already purchased after an exchange they wouldn't do it. After much arguing they agreed to change the lining material for us. We gave them the product on 30th Nov. It has been more than a month and we have not yet received it. Every time they come up with excuses (floods madam, could not do it! product is in anna nagar madam!) now after yelling at them over the phone they have agreed to give it today. I am unsure what will be condition of it. I urge all customers to refrain from going here since it is exorbitantly priced and we end up with sub-standard material. If want to end up with overpriced, cheap material with with terrible customer service you can visit this place.
