Completely true. The recruiter (Akram) lies to the canddates by saying the oppurtunity is onsite and that their projects are excellent. Only after we come here we will know that its a bloody contract job and KISL is nothing more than a consultancy though they call themself a company. They don't give any payslips. They don't even credit the salary on time. This is not any organization which has a structure. It doesn't have any HR, Finance or any departments. Even a consultancy will be better oganized. Its like Sudhash and Akram are the only people whom we can speak to but its of no use complaining or questioning them. If anyone is not in good terms with them, they will threaten the employee by saying they will cut their salary or they will not give the holdback amount/bonus and they will not relieve them properly. They will even cut salary for any leaves we take. If we take five days which includes weekend, they will even cut for weekend. On the whole, its a damn place to work.

I got a job in this so called company opps! sorry misspelled it is a "small petty shop" - in 2005 then they did not ask me submit my certificates, however after going to KL they put me in one room in a house in "Menara KLH", "Batu Touwa Jalan Ipoh" - i.e. 2 1/2 Mile Jalan Ipoh, (near by Sentul KTM Station) there were about 30+ people living there.
After my first month they paid me about RM 400 out of RM 2000 (my monthly salary) when I asked them they said it was towards Air Tickets etc... Akram and me was in the same house and I was shearing the room in that house with one marketing guy by name Praveen hes from B'lore too and he talk less even he wont say or reply "Hi, Heyloo..." he is one type of person, and there was a anout person by name Krishan (i forgotten his full name - he was bit ok person among), this Akram always used to sit in front of Computer don't know what he used to do :D after a month I had a medical complications which resulted in my Sinus and made me bit difficult to breath and have to undergo a medical operation, I approached Akram to use medic Insurance but he said "Don't have", "No", "I'm not entitled" I fought with them but of no use, then I decided to go home and get operated, but they said they will fill a case on me, I challenged that Akram to Stop me from going home and I told him that I will contest his case, they he became silent, later I one day early morning I packed my bags and moved out of the house this Akram was looking at me rather stopping me!!! I stayed in KL for few days and went home.
I say this Akram is a curse on Islam, since he has "ram" in his name still he is living, otherwise he would have gone to dogs, in fact if I was not ill then I would made them stand them naked in KL court and ### them they are not worth to live.
Whatever, I really wont have heart to call KALS/KISL as a company, it ot even worth to call a petty shop, even a petty shop person will be honest.

I too agree...if we go for interviews One project manager i dont know that a%%% [protected]@#%^ name...He gave lots of build up...saying they are no1 in south east asia ...and he acts like he knows every thing...@#$%% company yaar pls avoid joining this company and save your career
Please avoid this company friends, they take employees for granted, ask to work on saturdays and sundays without and comp off or extra pay .THE funniest part is u cannot ask ur salary slip for each month i[censored] require u shud write a letter for get approvals for taking your own salary slips .its better to sit in home than working in this company, they will hold salaries even after completing notice period, Employees will feel like working in hell but all are bound to employment bonds and main thing is they will not give a good feedback, even i[censored] work for 5 years after leaving they will say he doesn know anything hopeless bla bla bla ...

I was a old employe in Kals .Please guys for god sake dont join here its a hell working here, my hostel was better than this, they make us to break bonds and ask us to pay for that, that money will go for management pocket, they have cheated share holders without showing proper turnover and showing loss everytime .getting our from this company is a big deal [censored] comp Mangers here are a real time losers .

Kals information systems Ltd is a very very very big fake company. I request candidates to please please please don't attend interviews for KALS. It's a waste of time because they conducted interviews just for the name sake only. If the candidate selected in KALS interview, their HR told like this "Congrats, You are selected we will intimate your joining date soon" after that they didn't call. Same thing happened for soo many candidates. If they give the joining date please please please don't join in KALS because after joining also they will play with your career. Some of my friends working in KALS told it is a worse company we are suffering a lot in KALS like that. In that link Kals information systems ltd, Bangalore is highlighted with star, states that 'This * indicates most fake companies cheated many professionals. True, this company is fake. I worked in KALS/KISL, KL in 2005 just for few weeks and came out of it.
There is one more company in KL, Tentacle Technologies something... the main person is Manohar Pandiya this company is also a fake and black listed company then, they didn't had any status to apply me a work permit/EP. This Manohar was once upon a time was in Singapore and was a Singapore PR then and came to Malaysia and opened this company I guess. He is a 3rd class person local fellow.

Hi All, I am also a victim of KALS/KISL. They wasted my time as well as my money. I have filed a case against KALS in Court. I want to teach them a lesson that they will never forget. And will think hundred times before spoiling and playing with anybody's career and money.

I have worked in this company in 2005 and I do suffer but however I came out of that company with 3 months after going to KL and stayed in KL for few more months and moved to Singapore, however I challenged (that Akaram some Pasha something I forgotten his second name) but he didn't do anything, also I didnot gave them my certificates so I was in advantage.
Lazarus, let me know if you need any help or inputs that may support your case, in fact I are doing correct and good, you really have balls, I was ready to approach the Malaysian authorities but I was in medical emergency so I moved to India and got operated. So I could not focus on this, but you are rally doing good and appreciate it.

Please don't complain. This is a very good company. Sudhash is a very good person. I know once he took care of a person with his own hands who had gone mad after joining the company. Sudhash didnt leave the person home and took care of him. The incident came in the news. Sudhash you will live long. He earns just meagre 3 lakhs every month. Income Tax people please dont raid Sudhash. He has to conduct many criminal cases against the employees. He has new flats in Banglore and Chennai. Long live his family. Nothing will happen to your family.

I'm really surprised to see your reply saying that Sudhash is a nice person, maybe I guess you are either paid by him to write like this or you may be in love with him :-)
What out said, maybe right bcoz, he has to do all these good deeds so that his bad deeds are wiped off.

This is one waste company and I agree with all the complaints posted above... they even wasted my time but luckily I did not submit any of my originals as it is against the law... I still don't know who is that project manager, he is always on client call... even people in Infosys are not on call so much !!! please don't join its a fake company and you will waste your time
