[Resolved]  Kalyani Bajaj Showroom - Mekhri Circle — Rude Behaviour By Showroom Staff

To Whomsoever It May Concern,

This complain is regarding a Bajaj Showroom Cum Service centre called Kalyani Bajaj located in Mekhri Circle, Bangalore. My Pulsar Bike was given to service on 6th Aug'10 and as said by the showroom staff to collect my bike on 7th August at 7PM, i reached there 15 Mins before the said time. When i enquired about my bike they said the service centre is closed at 6PM and hence the bike can't be collected. When i requested at the ''Enquiry/Billing'' Counter that, according to the receipt given to me i was said to collect my bike at 7PM, The person at the ''Enquiry/Billing'' counter responded to me in a very rude manner asking me to go and collect the bike with the person who has mentioned the timings as 7PM. When i enquired with the other staff employee named 'Diwakar' he too argued and spoke to me in a very rude behaviour and said me to go and speak to the manager. It was was a complete waste of time, not only for me but also for other people. I request you to take immediate necessary actions against the staff and prevent these kind of incidents in the near future.

Seriously Very very very Worst, what the hell Third Class, No class only, Worst Customer service, i have ever seen in my life time, and Waste of money and waste of Time, They don t value their customer, I kindly request to others please don t get into trap Called KALYANI MOTORS, They have 5 Branches around the Bangalore, Dont ever think of taking your new bikes and what so ever. as i had gone through above comments, Yes being such a senior person Mr. Diwakar, such a elderly man doesn't know how to handle the customers, Very worst Service, OMG .. Please People Dont Get Trapped.
They generally return back vehicle in 2-4 hours. why they asked you to keep for a full day?
Another worst experience with the same Kalyani Bajaj service center in Mekhri Circle... a real third class service. i had been to get ma battery problem fixed on 9th Feb 2012 at around 6 pm... i told i have some problm in self start, so blindly wthout evn checking anyting he told its battery regulator problm and need to change, i requested him to check the battery and then tell, he in a very rude manner agreed to check and told me this battery is gone need to change the battery itslef wich wil cost 1650 rs, for asking about his double opinion he told both have gone and i need to change both.. i told sorry i dont want to change it now. So for that he got angry and told me to pay 30 rs, rs 30 wasnt ma cncrn, but the way he attended me, god so rude he was, never saw any service based company attending a customner like that... i had to fight with him to get back ma bike wthout getting it repaired...

we know the company service centre's are expensive, but stilll we go to them so that we get a good service, if this kind of a service we get what is the point... i would never go to Kalyani in Mekhri again!!!
I too have come across such incidents in kalyani bajaj Mekhri circle but after 2 services I got a guy who can help me and handle decent. Mr. Madhu kumar is the right person and you can contact him for all the concerns, he was good to me. M.No-+91-[protected].
I had purchased rs 200 in kalyani Bajaj nekhri circle. My friends had told me to not buy from this dealer because of third class service and very negligence dissatisfied customer support, ignoring my friends I booked my bike here, from then my bad luck has started..
I have never experienced the kind of dissatisfaction and hell service like here.
Except few people all others are big liers and trouble makers to the customers.
Recently my bike has got accident and I went to the service centre they told me that it will take maximum 15 days to fix it after 15, day I called them I got rely that not yet started work it will take another 2 days .
Again I called them after 2 days, again I got same reply another 2 days. It went like this now its been 1 and 1/2 moths my bike still in service centre only .
I really don't know what to do, if it goes like this again I'll do something which will teach them a good lesson.. I'm damn sure about this..
My kind suggestion to all the bajaj lovers don't ever think of buying ur valuable dream bike here...
I Request this Consumer Court to punish them to the core, we are not getting our bikes in free of cost, we are not respected not treated as human being, They are threatening their customers / Black mailing. Please stop this and save the People.

Yet the registration is not done its been more than one and half month now the manager is negligent and ignorant guy and the staff too dosnt bother. Now they are telling me to visit yeshvantpur rto to get the inspection done that too on weekdays between 2-3 pm only, so now i am suppose to leave all my work n visit rto that too on their suitable time to get my registration. This place is rediculous, you should never purchase a byk from here.

Hi, I had gave my NS200 for service on 2nd of September in kalyani bajaj service center Gokula..The person named Ramesh(Branch manager) attended my case and had charged 2400 just for labour for a general service where total bill was 7500.. When I asked for clarification he says.. This is how it is and I'm no where responsible for this... Can't help.. Afta a long conversation I ended up paying complete bill of 7500..since it was a closing time all the staff members were waitng me to do the payment... Plz tc of this.. I don't want anybody else to face the issue... Im seriously unhappie with the Bajaj service.. I want higher authority to take care on this
They are fraud..i gave my bike just to change the foot break pedals tat i broke in an accident.. i was not present there at the time of service. When i came back the bike was ready as it was just a small work.bt after 1 month i went to my native place kerala.yeasterday my bike break down and at that time i noticed some manupulation have been done with my new amaron battery..These ### have changed my new battery with some old one.look this shows how beggars do their work. I couldnt do anything because this fraud happend in bengaluru kalyani bajaj mehkri circle and now am in keral my home town.I couldnt trust this type of ### can be seen. How can anyone trust this kalyani bajaj..
