[Resolved]  Kamat Hotels — RUDE BEHAVIOUR

Dear Sir,
This is the high time as i am writing this to you regarding the services in your Kamat Hotels in Mumbai, as a customer of your Kamat restaurant, cuffe parade ,colaba ,mumbai i am writing this to you,as i am very much upset with the services provided by such a gud restaurant in a very rudely manner, the staff working over here is having lots of attitude, they dont want to hear anything about anything,as this is the repeatitive behaviour of your staff, m fed up and writing this to you.
just two weeks ago i went there for one of my colleague for having sum south indian snacks and some papad i ordered, but the order what we receive was very bad, chilled dosa,stale chatni,masala papad with full of red chilli spread over it etc.when i asked him to replace he said this is the only available , chatni is gud ,always it used to be like this, dosa is fresh and all, in short he started arguing on that,there is no use of making any complaint to the manager also, he also doesnt care for that,the behaviour of the staff including manager is really bad Sir,whenevr you visit you cant expect any smile and respect for a customer.instead of that you will find the attitude and rude behaviour.
Sir this is really very annoying that people like me used to bear that cost,as they have monopoly in this area and it doesnt mean you should not care for the people who are complaining.
Sir so i request you to please look into the matter and take the proper action asap,and if possible ask some body to visit this place once and you wil also came to know the true picture.
