I have been trying all the numbers for the last 3 days, its very tough to get through their number. I have tried atleast 30 times, it keeps on saying "The customer you are trying to contact is busy, please try later".

On saturday 10.30 am to 5.30 pm I was trying . 27286202 is ringing but no response from agency.

I agree with the problem mentioned.
Even after one year of the menioted complaint, there is no change. It takes 30 min to 1 hr to get them on line.

i agree with you, me and my wife also trying to contact for gas booking but all phones are engaged, this is not the first time it is always from 2 years

Never ever book new cylander with this agency. No one would pick up call. Almost impossible to reach them on phone.
It is absolutly true. All numbers are allways busy. I dont know how the agency is functioning. Seems agency is even not least bother how the customer will communicate, they might be feeling that their customer do have a lot of time and when ever they need, should visit them. In a fast growing communication setup in India it is shameful.

hi all, even i am facing the same problem. I think insted of writing the comments in the same complaint we should create multiple complaints for this so that if there are more complaints, HP head needs to informed about this.

I bought Brightflame tulip 3 glass top stove and with the use of hardly 15-20 mints, glass top got cracked. Such a waste product. Plz don't buy from them.

The agency nos. Are not reachable...either switched off or people not responding to calls.. really tired of calling the agency again and again..am not sure if these complaints are taken seriously as I could see many other consumers has made complaints earlier but still there's no improvement in the work patterns of this agency
