Sub: Request to cancelled the penalty Charged against cheque dishonoured
in the payment of plot no.A-35 of Mohanlalganj.


Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that since last three years i am attached with your
esteemed and flourish company and i have also booked a plot in your
first site at Mohanlalganj for which i have paid Rs.175219/-(One Lac
Seventy five Thousand Two hundred and nineteen ) in six installment
the details of payment is as below:

1> 35000/- (Thirty Five Thousand Only) as Booking amount.
2 >60000/- (Sixty Thousand Only) by cheque no-220983 dt-28.01.11
3 >40000/- (Forty Thousand Only) by cheque no-220986 dt 28.02.11
4 >10054/- (Ten thousand and Fifty Four ) by cheque no-220987 dt-29.03.11(Dishonoured)
5 >10054/- (Ten thousand and Fifty Four ) by cheque no-220988 dt- 29.04.11(Dishonoured)
6 >10054/- (Ten thousand and Fifty Four ) by cheque no-220984 dt-29.05.11
7 > 10057/-(Ten thousand and FiftySeven) by chequ no-220985 dt-29.06.11

But unfortunately two of our cheque has been dishonoured by the bank because
of signature mismatch even by the same signature rest all the cheques has been
cleared by the bank .as you can see that i have already paid the maximum amount
in my first two cheques which shows that my aim is not to make the payment
default, For which I am also attaching the bank statement which shows that my
account has the proper balance, but it happens, and when i got the information
about this i will pay the amount of Rs.20108/-(Twenty Thousand One hundred
and Eight Only) through DD no-352983 dt 22.06.11(Photo Copy Attached).

Now it is to inform you that the Plot No-A-35 has been registered in my name
by you on 29th Of July 2011 but the registry paper has been not handover to
me and ask me to pay Rs.28000/- (Twenty eight Thousand) approx as a penalty
of making the payment default for which is not the my fault,

So i would like to request you to please do not charged any penalty on me and
allow to your office to hand over the registry paper to me, for which i should
be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness. Hope for your kind consideration.
