[Resolved]  Kappa Net Services — refuse to sort out my problem

i bought a home user net connection from from kappa net services, kota in month of june 2011. details are as follows-

Amount paid Rs. 4400/- for a year
Data for useage 20 GB
Free 2 hours daily 10 p.m to 11.59 p.m.
This free hours will run till useage data expire.
now my net is being disconnect in every 2 min and kappa net has refused me to sort out this problem.
