Sir,
I, JUSTIN JOHN had booked one KARIZMA ZMR (orange colour) on the date of 13-Jun-2011 in DIYA MOTORS, KOLLAM.
At he time of booking, they were informed that, no other bookings for the same(orange colour) is pending, since they promised me, the coming first vehicle to be delivered to me only with in 45 days.
In these days of my booking, they were illegally sold two orange colour KARIZMA ZMR.Also, I had visited the show room on yesterday and there was one new ORANGE COLOURED KARIZMA ZMR displayed.
So, I enquired about my booking.At that time, Showroom representative, Ms.Parvathi ask me to cancell the booking.
So, This is my request you to kindly consider my complaint seriously and please take the necessory action for the delivery of my vehicle and towards these irresponsible fellows.
Here with I am attaching the booking reciept of the same.
