With reference to the above subject I was allotted House No. 3/N-III under MIG-II scheme at Kanbargi, Belgaum.
Due to some financial crisis I was unable to pay the said amount in time thereby I have asked to refund the deposit amount almost one year back and have reminded about the same almost 6 months back but till today I have not received back the deposit amount.
I hereby request you to do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

I have applied for the MIG house AT TALIKOT responding the KHB advertisement along with a DD of Rs.30, 000/- in the year 05/09/2010. Till today KHB has not informed about the allotment of house or any other information. Despite frequent visit and telephone call to its office they have not supplied required information. Fed up with their behaviours I requested several times to refund the deposited money. They say yes, but they are not responding to my request. For the long 18 years they kept my Rs.30, 000/- without any reason. I want to get it back with appropreate interest and compensation for their irresponsive behaiour. Please help me to do the needfuL.

I have applied for the Savgaon Nanawadi plot responding the KHB advertisement in Belgaum on 30.04.2010 along with a DD of Rs 31, 000/- .
Till today KHB has not informed about the allotment of house or any other information. Despite frequent visit and telephone call to its office they have not supplied required information. We are frustrated with the working of KHB as we have not got any information about the confirmation of the plot. We have even visited many websites of KHB from different browsers but we still haven't got any information about our plot. Please help us because we are struggling with this from quite a long time .We request you to please brie[censored]s with the happenings and keep us updated with the information of our plot. i applied for refund on last one year back, still they did not work on my application, and they say the documents are missed, becouse of their worst, careless, stupid workers, and officers...
including commissioner...
if they are really working properly, just clear public issues...

frustrated with the working of KHB, worst department i ever seen, i have visited KHB office monthly 3 to 4 times, there is no responsibility, and they have missed my file which had original Application and all original documents, and now they are saying we required all original documents to refund, from where will i get if they miss all my documents,
One or the other problem or the missing details they have while refund the deposited amount. I have asked to refund the deposit amount on 20/5/2014, Its almost more than one year, at least now take care of this request.

I, K Prabakaran, residing in no 2 Type II, C P R I Colony, New BEL Road, Bangalore - 560012 applied for KHB sites allotment at Suryanagar project. My Registration No is [protected] but still today we have not received the refund of deposit of Rs. 30, 000/-
We have shifted our address and while enquiring with KHB officials revealed that the refund has been made but I have not received back the cheque
