Dear Sir,
Ex-Servicemen who have been issued canteen smart card from other canteens are denied liquor in the above canteen. I have been issued smart card by Air Force Selection Board Mysore. Abruptly Karnataka NCC Mysore, canteen stopped issuing liquor to other canteen smart card holders, displaying notice without any authentication of Officer in charge of canteen, thus denying the above facility. It is quite obvious the very purpose of issuing smart card to avail the facility anywhere in India. Hence the concerned may be instructed accordingly.
