I installed a trial Version of Kaspersky internet protection. After that it was expired. and I have bought an new Kaspersky internet protection from the market, but when I tried to installed the key is not going to activates. It ask for net key. Now what shall I do?

Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 — technical support
I have been using licensed kaspersky anti virus software for the past 2 years. I am continously experiencing a very slow system performance. My system has become very slow in addition to which the software shows " databases are obsolete". I tried to update it connecting to internet. Still no change. Can someone suggest a possible solution to this problem? I have purchased the Original Copy of Kaspersky from local retail Shop, It was three user pack.I have done two user activation & from that i have formated my i user pc, now i m trying to activate it again from last three months, but i m not been able to activate it & i have asked for help at customer care, but there are not helping me.
