On March 27, 2010 I had sent the certificate No.[protected]Folio No. KBD549862) in original for redemption through Speed Post to Kirloskar ;Computer Services Ltd. . I have also given my bank details so that the redemption amount can be deposited directly to my account. Another letter was sent on 21st May, 2010 to Kirloskar Computer Services, fax was also sent. Still I have not received any response nor redemption amount. Please expedite .
