[Resolved] Kesar Aluminium India Pvt.Ltd — Salary not paid for feb 2008

I am Bhargava BVN who was working in kesar since Jan 2007 and the company has winded up and while leaveing, I was informed by the company accounts (Bangalore operations) that, my fab 2008 salary was not paid since, it was deducted as TDS and they haven't yet given me my Form 16 nor have they paid my salary amount to IT dept and I have recently received a letter from IT dept that I am yet to pay my Income tax for the period, i was with Kesar Aluminium India Pvt Ltd. its not only me, but also hussain, Nagaraj, Ravi & many others have not been pd salary. Is it still possible to take any action to recover our salary -----? kindly let me know what actions can be taken to recover our salary.They closed the factory without informing central excise, which is a big offence, as kesar owes exicise dues to be pd to central excise
