Khaitan Electricals Limited / Emergency Lamp — Improper working in guarantee period

I have purchased a Emergency lamp (model KEL-12T)of Khaital Electricals Ltd. from Ujjain retail shop on 17/04/2009.Its service became improper under gaurentee period.The retailer is not repairing it and not replacing it.When I contacted to company by phone at[protected] they are not responding.I have also cntacted them by e-mail at [protected]@khaitan.com and [protected]@khaitan.com.But both addresses are fake.
