Hi,

On October 8, 2011 my car (DL7C J 9178) met an accident and I got it repaired by Khanna Hyundai dealer in Industrial Area,Panki, Kanpur, U.P.
As per email below Khanna Hyundai demanded me to pay Rs. 48120/- based on approval received from TATA AIG. An email below is fyi;

Before taking car I asked the dealer several times to furnish the proof to release the payment but they failed. A mail below for your information;

Having faith on Hyundai, I paid the amount to receive my car as Khanna Hyundai took more than two and half months to deliver it.

Later on during my investigation, I found, Khanna Hyundai got the approval only for 1,43,555/- and I had to pay only 20650/-.
Now TATA AIG denies to approve addtional amount. Below please find an email from Hyundai Regional care manager Ms. Nishu Yadav.
