My name is Rajan gupta, we have a gas connection with Khera gas service in the name of my father L/T sh. jai kishan our consumer number is 12608.
My complaint is against khera gas service, that they have issue two landline number[protected] and [protected].. what they khera gas employees do, they pick up the receiver and keep it aside,, so that any body who calls in for any reason would find the number busy... always and everytime............. once in a rare scenario you will find the phone ringing or they pick up the phone.. otherwise its always busy means receive kept aside. this is disgusting..
I have caught these people red handed many times... trust me u cant get enough time always to walk up to the agency for the small issues like they send gas even after 10 days.. sometimes the duration is 15 days also.
They always make excuse like there is a shortage..
People are suffering badly.. If you want proof of this,, call and ask their customers.. they will show u the better picture... please do something to improve the circumstance.
