We were booked on Kingfisher from Calcutta to Mumbai on 10th October.
On 6th October, we received an email stating that the flight has been cancelled...for operational reasons. Well, so be it.
The worst was: The airlines refused to give 100% ticket cost - saying it was per the cancellation policy of the airline.
This makes zero sense to me. Why should the traveler suffer when an airline cancels the flight? Isn't the airline legally liable to pay back the entire cost?
I am taking this to consumer courts and to media. Was this information helpful? |
