Kingfisher Airline — refund for cancelled tickets

I booked 2 return tickets from london to goa on kingfisher airline in november 2011. I received an email from travelpack (travel agency) saying that kingfisher has cancelled my flight and they have applied for a refund. it has been over 2 months now and im still awaiting for any response from the airline and the travel agency.
