i gave my 32 GB pendrive for replacement inspite of not working at 23 feb of 2011 ... they did not give me the replacement the pendrive...

PENDRIVE — Non Delivery
Hi,I ordered a Pen Drive from Ebay. It was couriered to me on 31st of December 2008. Till today I didn't receive it. I called up the Elbee Customer Service for 3 to 4 times. Each time I call them and ask they say that they will deliver it that day. I tracked my Shipping details with the Reference Number:[protected]. It says that Exception( Address not specified). I gave my address, Contact Number and Location, each time I called the Elbee guys. This is very disappointing. How can I get my Pack. Any chances. Please suggest.
