Sir i brought the pen drive Kingston DT100 2GB model from Grand Road before 2 year ago! After 2yrs pen getting faulty (may b Internal Fault)! After consenting with Dealer he told me to go Service Center! I went to Service Center but doesn't accept my pen drive by saying Physical Damage ,As per their warranty policy ! But according their product design , most of the people getting stuck at sliding problem which forms the body crack at starting point ! I saw many (may be 450+) pen drivers with same problem in Service Center which return by KINGSTONE with replacement by saying physical damage ! But if 10 people having same problem its ok! But 450+ people are not wrong to damage !According to Kingston they says 5yrs warranty(with no of rules n policy which we doesn't no) ,we brings KING-STONE pen drive for their 5yrs warrenty but this type of warrenty meaningless :(
Product Design is not our fault ! that is company fault and they must give replacement !
In future i will not buy any kingstone product because i get bad experience with their service
We needs good Service which support clear Warrenty!
