Klassik Benchmark — Construction beyond 10PM and nuisance, sleepless nights

The Klassik Benchmark (klassik enterprises, B.G.Road, Bangalore) apartment construction is going beyond 10PM and they do construction for the full night. Because of this we have sleepless nights and too much noise from the construction site. They should stop the construction after 9PM and should not disturb the neighboring residents. Besides creating sound pollution to the neighbourhood, they have dumped mud and cement remainings in the neighbouring plot, creating huge artifical hillls. The workers stay amidst the piles of mud and cement in unhyygenic condition. This is a big eye sore to the residents of neighbouring 'Mantri Residency', Wonder what kind of Benchmark is being created here.
