Sir kindly look this matter regarding my EPF withdrawl is still pending and not to credited in my Account

Dear Sir,
As I left Knight Frank (India) Pvt. Ltd on 20 July 2010 and I applied for my EPF withdrawl on January 2011
but till date my pf amount is not credited on my account
My EPF No.- MH/43149/1680,
Name- Shivendra Chaudhary
Form submitted to PF office from Knight Frank (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Sir kindly help me out.
