I, Jitendra S. Raval is consumer of kone elevator India pvt. ltd. Having office address at DGP House, 3rd Floor, 88C, Old Prabhadevi Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai – 400025. and I have installed company kone elevator lift at my residential premises at Raval Niwas, Vile parle (W), Mumbai – 400056 .Kone elevator India Pvt. Ltd. Company have entered into a lift service contract agreement with me for the period of 25/5/2008 to 24/5/2009. After the expiration of the above said period the lift service contract agreement is renew from the period of 25/5/2009 to 24/5/2010 which is still valid and running .I have send many Letters and my advocate notice to the manager of Kone elevators India pvt. ltd. For deficiency and negligence and maintaining in providing annual lift service at my residential premises where I have installed kone lift. In spite of Number of request is made to the manager of kone elevator India pvt. ltd. at their service centre however they have not reply and no positive response is been received from company. I am requesting to this Hon’ble court that great harm and prejudice is caused to me because of company not provide me proper service for the maintenance of lift. So I am requesting to the Hon’ble Court that direct the kone elevator India pvt. Ltd. for the recompensation in terms of money for deficiency and non providing service. KONE LIFTS INDIAKone lift , sales people make fake promises while taking an order for lifts, once payments made and order received DONT RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAILS.
THEIR HEADS SAY CALL WHOEVER YOU WANT TO
With such response such companies should be banned!
My Name is BB ROY. I live in Space Apollo Building in Nasik. We have number of residents of advanced age with physical problems living in this building. There was some kind of electrical problem inside the lift room on 29/9 evening. Kone service people came to attend it but did not succeed. Since than until the time of sending this post at 11-00 hrs of 1/10/2010 the lift remains inoperative. I have complained to both Nasik persons like Mr Murugesan & mutthu but got very indifferent response like "one part has to be brought from Pune" or the "Courier was not working on 30th night" & finally " the part is being sent through a public bus this morning.
I want to impress upon KONE management that you have a worldwide reputation to be maintained. Your service people in nasik do not seem to care about it & neither understand the implications of an elderly person falling ill having to climb 6 or 7 floors.

I am a SunDirect customer for more than 2 years.
The services are very poor now and I don't get any
transmission in my Sun Direct for more than 21 days and I had been making lot of complaints more than 20 phone calls and nobody attends the same. on 22nd sept they gave a comp.No.as [protected] and said it will be cleared within 24 hours, but nothing happened so far! I do not know what to do now.
My set top box no. is H[protected] and the smart card No. is [protected]. I am residing at Kottivakkam, chennai -41 and my cell No. is
[protected]. Kindly see that some one attends
the fault and rectify the error. I am a sr. citizen of 68 years old.

i am from hyderabad sir this is to inform you that the main lift in k.l.k estate Nampally is not working properly Since 2 Days .As you dont konow How Busy the Building is with Idea Celluar & Tata (T.T.L)
the lift is giving problem we have given complain as we r having Annual Maintanence but no response is recived the Area engineer is saying that we will send the person with in 2 hours but after 2hour we make a call to what happen about lift work they are saying that we have send a person by required material
after another 2 hour Again we call to the area engineer he is saying that material is not avalible tomarrow we will send person by handing him required material is this is poor Performance your area engineer is performing so i kindly request you take immeadete Action about Area engineer send person Imeadetly

One of the lift in our apartment is not working for the last 6 days . Everyday, I am calling customer care center and nobody is coming to repair it . We are finding it very difficult to go up and down . we have a maintenance contract with Kone company . But that does not help in fixing the issues in time . DO NOT INSTALL KONE LIFTS IN YOUR APARTMENTS, OFFICES ETC . EVEN IF THE BUILDER HAS ALREADY INSTALLED KONE LIFT, DO NOT GO FOR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WITH THEM .THEY HAVE A VERY PATHETIC SERVICE

This is to tell you that you are the most pathetic brand i ever face in terms of elevator, no service no respect of customers no picking of calls and no reply of emails.also your sales persons are the most illiterate people you have hired, who dont know anything or nothing.i have order a lift in Jaipur, almost 9 months back, and instead repeatedly asking about the delivery period, no one care to answer, instead saying do whatever you want, this is the way it will work.
i am sorry to say such people and brands in India should be banned to work here, and instead should be sue with heavy penality, so they never play with customer kindness.

KONE is the worst Elevator/ lift provider company with very cheap & low quality.
Also staff is not qualified to solve the problems.
Do not go for KONE lifts it will be the great mistake.
I am not a marketing person for any other lift company but as an individual experience I am posting this comment.

M/S Kone Lift,
Today morning one of goods lift in ‘B’ block was get off during power failure and a person inside lift who was helpless to come out, alarming and lighting system totally failed.
As per lift function it should be landed in ground floor and door should be open, but all function failed why! ---- will you please checked properly the systems and give us the report for necessary action ASAP.
