I would like to inform that I am a regular customer of KOUTONS BRAND. What I bring to your kind notice is that I had purchased a shirt and a denim pant from KOUTONS outlet situated at Rohtas Nagar, Shahdra, Delhi vide bill No. 0000677 dtd 20.06.2007 for Rs.1300.00. Although the shirt purchased is a good one, but the jeans is getting faded after every wash and looks like an old one, which is not expected from a branded item like Koutons. When contacted the above outlet, the replacement was refused on the one pretext or the other without any solid reason.
This complaint is being made with the sole motive that the company Koutons is betraying the trust of its customers by selling substandard clothing and not replacing the same too. Hence, appropriate strict action is taken against Koutons so that no one is befooled any longer.
