I am Ramachandran from kovilambakkam staying in plot no 2 tamil kudimagan nagar 2nd street kovilambakkam chennai 600117. hence last 3 months our eb bill was not properly checking by eb staffs and the bill amount also not getting on time always they are saying that system problem and latterly they are charging with fine. So all the peoples staying in kovilambakkam are getting suffer and worried.regarding this issue. So kindly taken necessary action and please solve this issue ASAP. I am W Sathya Sai Prasad residing in Door no.2873, S U N Shelters, Flat-B, Ground Floor, Susheela Nagar 1st Street, Kovilambakkam, Chennai - 600 117.
This is to bring to your kind attention that for the past 15 days we are getting shock in all the plug points in our entire flat residents. My father has personally gone to the EB in Kovilambakkam and given the written complaint to attend to the fault. But till now no one has attended the fault. My mom got the shock thrice. When checked with electrician he said there is a problem with the neutral phase input for the entire flats from EB Mains and needs to get rectified immediately with the help of EB. Hence I am writing this complaint directly to you so that you can advice the concerned accordingly.
I have every hope that you will take immediate and necessary action in this regard.
