Hello, I am a victim of KPIT Cummins, who had been kept waited for almost one-half years after giving offer letter to join the company and finally rejecting my offer. I was selected during a campus interview in Apr 08, and offered a pay of 2.5 lakhs per annum from KPIT Cummins. KPIT Cummins had given me the offer letter and had asked me to join in the month of June 09. But, in the month of June they had postponed the joining date, and this has continued for almost one-half years till date, and I had to take 2 more valuation tests during this period, once in the month of Aug 08, and was later said the joining would be in the month of Jan 09. But they have postponed again to the month of July 09. Again I had asked to take an online test in the month of Aug 09, and the company came up with a result disqualified and have said their offer have been of void. How ethical is the company in Human resources part. The company should have told this before sending the offer letter. For about one and half years I was living in hope that I will be joining KPIT. Due to this I had rejected offers which i have got in between, as i had offer in hand from KPIT. This is not only with me; about 500 graduates are facing the same problem. I have no other option to do, just to bring to your notice about the Human resource policies of the company like KPIT. Could you please guide me how to go about with this issue, so that at least no one in the future faces the similar problem because of the companies like KPIT. Hi Harsha...im also one of the canditate, which has happened with me.

This is the most worst company in the world, they spoiled my one year and half career. I got placed in the college, after i passed out, they dint give joining.They kept 3 technical tests before joining. They recruited almost 600 people in 2008 all over india and selected only 20 people after keeping 3 tests and u know the pay is 8K but in the offer letter they said 23k….!! SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don join this fake & [censored] comapny.And moreover, HR policies and very very bad and also training head PRASHANTH has done all these. Really, this comapny does not stand not more than 5 years…. U KPIT!!!

I have had a very big issue with this company. They have spoiled my life and career and me being senior with 10 years of experience.

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I have joined this company after their false offerings and fell for it. They made me go through a very bad situation (can email anybody interested everything if asked).

They literally washed their hands after they realized things went out of hands and spoiled my entire career. They made me go through a very embarrassing situation and they never even cared about it. There was no proper documentation made, no proper guidance and visa given to me for my onsite assignment and made me get deported back from the port of entry and now, this has created a black mark on my career because of these people. I cannot now apply for any visa and cannot enter in to this county (UK) for the next 10 years, just because of improper documentation and negligence. They never even realized that this is their mistake and have given me any compensation for what they have done to me. In fact, they made me quit this company after they made me transfer my knowledge to my replacement on onsite and made me quit the company after 5 months. Everything was done (training my replacement, staying at a different city to get this done) with my own expense. I could have even filed a law suit against this company, but left them on humanitarian grounds. So, never ever believe this company and they try to attract with all false promises.

yes this is one of the bad company after they used the staff and gave the wrong feed back to employers. i is really we are some of the guys from andhra joined int his company in Oracle applications. they recruited us for implementation projects and later they deputed to support projects .. in the global support all are locals they have more local feelings. they are really screwing the candidates who are came from out of pune...it is really pathetic situation for who are in support projects.. and tls, mngrs are not supporting even in critical issues...
