I purchased a 'Samsung Galaxy Y' for Rs.6500/- with bill from KRISH TELECOM, Karbala Road, Bank More, Dhanbad on 29th Oct 2011. After attending few call on the new mobile I found that O/p sound quality was poor & I was finding difficultly in hearing the incoming call. So I decided to return the mobile & purchase a new upgraded Samsung mobile. But when I went to KRISH TELECOM on 4th Nov 2011 (as my parent live in Baghmara which is 35-40 KM away from Dhanbad) I faced following problems:-
1) First one hour they tried to convince me that the volume is not a problem.
2) Most of the shop boy left or turned their back, without giving any further information or help. Their delayed response wasted my & my family's 3-4 hour.
3) Finally when I showed them the quality of voice is not good, they started telling that, "once purchased it can’t be replaced". You have to contact Samsung service center.
4) When I went to Samsung service center, they accepted the complain & took the mobile back & issued me a slip to get the replacement of Rs.6500/- from Krish Telecom.
5) When I returned to KRISH TELECOM with the slip they showed the mobile. Finally I got 2 options 'GALAXY pop S5570' & 'Galaxy Fit S5670'. When I inquired about the
price they told 'GALAXY pop' is of Rs.8300/- & 'Galaxy Fit' is of Rs.9500/-. I got suspicious about the price, as on 29th Oct2011 I was told the price with bill was Rs.7500/- for 'GALAXY pop' & Rs.8500/- for 'Galaxy Fit'.
But since we were getting late, I purchased 'GALAXY pop S5570' for Rs.8300/- with bill.
6) But to clarify my confusion, I went to 2 neighboring shops opposite to the shop. To my surprise they said 'GALAXY pop S5570' was available for Rs.7500/- with bill!!
I went back to Krish Telecom & complained about the same, but they started giving all the excuses..
After all this, it wasted my & my family's 3-4 hours & I am filling cheated, since I demanded for a replacement & they know I don't reside in Dhanbad so they raised the price for 'GALAXY pop S5570' from Rs.7500/- to Rs.8300/-.
