I have a serious issues. Please see the chain of emails below. I have been following up for my marksheets for Semester 3 and semester 4. But there is no response from the University after they forward the request to the concern department. And finally when they contacted me, for some information, that is irrelevent. Either they don't know what they intend to ask me or they don't know english.
Secondly, I took admission in M.Sc (IT) in January 2004 batch. By December 2004 I got transferred to Hyderabad since I was working with GE Capital now known as Genpact. Due to this I could not appear for the examinations till[protected]. I appeared for examination in 2008 for all the remaining examinations. Now I have only 1 paper which I could not clear, and the number of chances were lapsed. For that I started following up with one of the member in IT department in order to ask the procedure for re-admission or the process for clearing 1 paper, however inspite of numerous telephine calls and emails, they are unable to respond me. Whenever I call them they ask me to call me next day by 12:00 noon, and when I call the person I was told to explain things in an email, which was never answered. I am doubtful if they ever read those emails. I am doing followup since long now. Therefore any help in this regard would be really appreciated.

I would also like to draw you serious attention in order to highlight the problem which I am facing in order to get my mark sheets. Its been really long time I have been following up for my Mark sheets. I was told on 28th Feb, 2009 that the request has been forwarded to IT case worker in examination section and he will send the mark sheets after 10 days, however nobody turned up.
This is regarding my mark sheet for 3rd and 4th the semester of M.Sc. IT. I (Prosenjit Banerjee) is a student of NIIT, Gurgaon center enrolled under M.Sc. IT, 2004 Batch, Enrollment Number[protected] from Karnatka State Open university. I didn't got any of my mark sheets till date.
I have contacted NIIT Bangalore center in order to collect my statement of marks as requested by VET Office at Pitampura in New Delhi, however it is of no use.
Therefore I am requesting you to look into this issue and help me. Also please let me know if I need to provide you with any further details, in order to expedite the process.I have been following up on these since very lomg time but there is no response from your side.
Also please respond back with the details of the examination marksheet in the email.
