I have booked 3BHK Flat with KST Infrastructure many years back. According to the Agreement I was suppose to get the possession of the Flat in 3 years. But till date only half the construction has been done and it seems that possesion of the Flat is not possible for next 2years also ,seeing the progress..
KST is totally a non comitted builder and no help to the customers is done to get out of this problem.
They have to refund my money with the interest and penalty .Law sholud help all those who got traped with this non comitted builder .

Dear All,

Past couple of month the speed of work at KST site is quite satisfactory. The labour count has increased and the buildings started taking shape. But there is still a long way to go. I have received couple of calls from some dealers enquiring about selling of my unit. It gave be great relief that the investment we made started appreciating now. I am not a investor and purchased this unit for my personal use. Hence, in my view this property location is one of the best in Greater Faridabad and once this project is completed the valuation of our units will definitely increase. The big advantage is its location which is on the road making it easy to commute. Also as per Faridabad master plan the road next to this project will directly connect to Yamuna Expressway which will reduce the travel time from Greater Faridabad to Noida. Also government has started taking the development of Greater Faridabad very seriously. Many Thanks to GFWA (Greater Faridabad Welfare Association) who are continously pressurising the HUDA officials and as a result the construction of MAster road and Bye Pass road are at advance stage now. Also few days back i travlled from Guragaon to Faridabad via the newly constructed six lane road through badkal chowk and to be honest with you it took only 25 mins to reach faridabad from gurgaon. Being centrally loocated, the distance from Noida, Gurgaon and Delhi is quite reasonable as compared to other NCR regions.

There are few dealers in the market who intentionally spread negative rumors about KST project and push customer to sell the unit at lower price. Few days back i received a call from delaer asking me to sell the unit. When i enquired the rate, he quoted Rs 100/sq.ft appreaction on what i booked. The reason he gave is doubtful intention of this builder and may be KST not going to complete this project. I asked him if you are aware this project is not going to complete then why you are buying this unit from me. He couldn't able to answer my query.

I would suggest to hold your unit until this project is complete. Do not do the panic selling. The future of Greater Faridabad is quite bright.
