KUL provides possession check list to each customer before possession & only after customer’s satisfaction on each point possession is handed over. Hey the project is almost there... last weekend i went over to see the progress n I guess we should be getting the possession by the end of this month! Although I must say that the delay has nothing to do with their quality of construction. I was quite happy with the way the project has shaped into!

I am in the same boat. I am in Pune and exploring the options, we can take against Kumar Builders.

I found that apart from legal help, there are other ways too; like file a complaint to SEBI, contact media (News-papers and TV), Posting our grievances on various internet sites. I will try to get in touch with Mr Lalit Jain and Kruti Jain before I contact media. I think Kumar Builders' employees are misguiding the top management/directors. It's very sad to see that a reputed builder is acting in such a irresponsible manner.
